Gomes Fernandes

José Gomes Fernandes is an Architect, Doctor in Urbanism, and a University Professor, Columnist and writer of fiction.
He was President of the North Regional department of the Association of Portuguese Architects, Councillor for Urbanism and Urban Rehabilitation of the municipality of Porto, the Secretary of State for spatial Planning and Environment and member of parliament, Member of the Municipal Assembly (assembleia Municipal de Oliveira de Azeméis.

He was a contributor to the supplement "Of Arts and Letters" from the newspaper "O primeiro de Janeiro".
Currently, he is permanent collaborator of the "JN – Jornal de Notícias" since 1976 and a Collaborator of the literary journal, "The Arts Between the Letters".

Deniz Ramos

Deniz Cruz Ramos Baker, is a native of Graves, the municipality of Cantanhede, where he was born 13th July 1934. Enabled with the Teaching Course and a bachelor's degree in History. Fulfilled Military Service in São Tomé as a Lieutenant in the Militia Infantry, and in 1964 passes to the attaché in the Ministry of the Colonies, in service commission in Mozambique.

He was a co-founder of the ADERAV (Association for the Defense and promotion of the Region of Aveiro).
